Using this website
- · The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate but make no warranty that every figure, example or recommendation will apply to your business.
- · You may not copy substantial parts of this site, its copy or its design for commercial use without written permission.
Scope of work
- · Every engagement is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, timelines and fees. Anything not listed there is out of scope until agreed in writing.
- · Work is delivered by Digitech Craft and its network of vetted specialists. We remain your single point of accountability regardless of who executes a task.
Fees and payment
- · Project work is typically invoiced as an advance with the balance on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
- · Third-party costs such as advertising spend, hosting, domains, licences and stock assets are billed at cost and are separate from our fees.
- · Overdue invoices may pause active work until settled.
Results and expectations
- · Search rankings, ad performance and social reach depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and competitor activity.
- · We commit to defined activity, transparent reporting and best practice. We do not guarantee a specific ranking position, lead volume or revenue figure, and we recommend treating any agency that does with caution.
Client responsibilities
- · Timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and information. Delays in these move delivery dates.
- · You confirm you have the rights to any logos, images, text or product data you supply to us.
Ownership
- · On full payment, final delivered assets — website code and content, creative files, photography and video — belong to you.
- · You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile, ad accounts and analytics at all times; we act only as a manager.
Confidentiality and termination
- · Both sides keep commercial information confidential. We will only name you as a client or show your work publicly with your permission.
- · Either side may end a retainer with thirty days' written notice. Work completed up to that date remains payable.
Governing law
- · These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction over any dispute.
